You’re Nicked!!!

Monday, Sep 6, 1976 and series three of the Sweeney hits Thames television. With Regan (John Thaw, A Year In Provence, Inspector Morse) and Carter (Dennis Waterman, New Tricks, Minder) and the rest of the Flying Squad keeping the streets of London safe. This time there are more shooters, more tyre-screeches and it gets personnel. With plenty of familiar faces from 1975 that are now legends in UK TV and international films. Sit back and get ready for that instantly recognisable Harry South (The Chinese Detective, Give Us a Break) theme tune.

Another season of this highly rated British Flying Squad drama.

The Flying Squad are back on the streets for season three of this hard hitting cop drama, this time they are facing conniving crooks, who come up with a dastardly plan while in prison, and hoping to throw Regan off the scent.

Regan goes on the hunt for a criminal that had fled the country years ago, and now the trail is hot again and Regan wants justice to be served. All that before the Sweeney goes international with a bullion smuggling operation.

Back in the day, we were all not so savvy with computer literacy, so when they come across a computer whizz, the duo are at a loss what to do.

And what do you do when someone lies about their C.V. and what do you do when you find out there are bent coppers in the next manor?

There are thirteen adventures for the Flying Squad in this 50th Anniversary restored release, a great addition to this top-rated show from yesteryear.

All these are packed with the latter-day top telly personalities, such as:- Maureen Lipman (Coronation Street (TV Series), Educating Rita), Bill Treacher (George and the Dragon, The Musketeer), Arthur English (Are You Being Served?, In Sickness and in Health (TV Series), Hywel Bennett (Percy, The Family Way).

This is season three to go along with seasons 1 & 2 and season 4 coming early 2026.

How do you stop a thirteen-year listening to punk rock in 1976?
