A pretty gruesome horror this – I have given it 3 stars.
The Incident is set in an insane asylum, always a good start for a horror film. For a new take on this old subject matter however, this particular film concentrates on the kitchen staff. In addition to working together in this rather hair-raising environment the unfortunate cooks also play…more

Totally amazing film, 5 stars all the way.
This is not a film that I would ever have even considered, let alone watched, but I am very glad that I did.
Do Elephants Pray? is directed by Paul Hills (Boston Kickout, Mad In Tokyo) and written by the star of the film, Jonnie Hurn (The Zombie Diaries, Monk3ys) and within the first…more

4.5 Stars of high octane thrills and spills
That’s if your a petrol head, otherwise this is just a glimpse into the fashions of 1974.
This is the H.B.Halicki (The Junckman 1982) classic chase movie that inspired the 2000 Nicholas Cage, Angelina Jolie remake.

In the spirit of generosity I have given this film 1 star.
For a film which actually won awards, it is almost impossible to find any redeeming features here.
This film is based on the debut novel by Matthew Quick and directed by David O. Russell (Three kings, The Fighter).
The story-line is almost mind mindbogglingly tedious. Although you can just about tell where they are going…more

This is as fabulous as ever, 4.5 stars for both the film and for the 25th Anniversary extras and bonus features.
The Princess Bride is a classic fairy tale, originally released in 1987 and lovingly converted here to Blu-ray to celebrate the 25th anniversary of its birth. The re-mastered version is just brilliant, the film doesn’t even really look that dated…more

This is a very entertaining film and I have given it 3.5 stars.
12 In A Box is a classic British farce in every sense of the word. It perfectly captures the spirit of the Carry On film era, in a way that the new Carry On films completely failed to do.
The film tells the story of twelve individuals of varying ages and social…more
