The Hardest Escape room Ever.

Elli Films, in association with Mind Engagement Productions and Unfolding Entertainment are delighted to confirm their sci-fi thriller, Voidance. Writer Simon X. Frederick brings his first feature writing in this twisty Sci-fi which is heavily time slip based. Directed by TV’s Marianna Dean (Emmerdale Farm, Hollyoaks) who holds this story together as the filming continuity must have been a nightmare, a big-hats off to the editor Stephen Hedley (The Gentlemen (TV Series), The Magic Faraway Tree). Voidance is a film for Sci-Fi fans and anyone who loves solving a mystery.

When opportunity knocks, an ambitious person must grab that opportunity with both hands, and that ambitious person is Alana Toro (Zoe Cunningham, Breaking Infinity, The Look of Love). She wants to be a special field agent for ATIC a sanctioned agency working for the government of the Shah.

 

Her test is to solve a mystery on a space station where a ship has been abandoned and a government official is expected to land there, They are worried that the terrorist group Marai Hariya will use the ship to attack the planet minister Truro. Alana is beamed into the virtual scenario to find and arrest the guilty parties.

The Forge is the stations bar area and Alana goes about trying to interview the people frequenting the bar, but when they find out she is with ATIC they clam up, then to add insult to injury there is a power cut and the portals are all locked down, and suddenly her wrist device says mission failed.

She has questions of her handler Agent Polo (James Cosmo, Estranged. We Still Kill The Old Way) but he keeps telling her she has to find the criminals. She is then she is put back into the simulation. This time she decides to study the people in the Forge. But nothing is obvious, except a couple Sala (Chris Charles, Hollyoaks (TV Series), Everyone) and Issy (Florence Russell) arguing in the corner, before they rapidly leave. When the blackout comes, Alana manages to take backup power and short the portal door. She finds Sala and Issy dead on the floor, with some guys leaning over the body.

No she has lives to save, and she wants to save everyone, but this is going to be very difficult when she finds out that there is another floor to protect. Respawn.
