Jackie Chan at his Best.

Arrow Video have out-done themselves with this 4K UHD box-set of Jackie Chan films that got him noticed big-time in the West. With notable directors ‎ Lau Kar-leung (Drunken Master II, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III), Stanley Tong (Rumble in the Bronx, Police Story 3: Supercop) that brought Jackie Chan to the Masses in the East, and a step-up into the Global action market. This 4K restoration brings a big smile to Jackies fans, and should bring him a lot more fans as they discover the crazy skills and stunts of this martial arts expert.

For a start lets just look at what you get for your money, never mind the ten hours and forty-two minutes of cinematographic excellence.

We kick off with Drunken Master II sees Jackie back as Wong Fei-hung, the role that first made his name, and teaming up with Shaw Brothers legends Lau Kar-leung and Ti Lung to deliver the ultimate, era-defining love letter to classic kung fu, as Fei-hung rolls around the floor, walls, and every bit of furniture, you will see his strengths grow the drunker he gets, right up to the big finale.

Mr. Nice Guy as Jackie plays a TV chef in Australia forced to do bloody battle against the mob, who want a video of them in some very illegal acts back and Jackie is in the way, and that is their problem.

Finally, we have Who Am I?, our hero is an ass-kicking amnesiac on the trail of a mysterious new power source as well as his own lost identity. Jackie in Africa without a memory, what could possibly go wrong?

Jackie Chan’s Breakout Hits! 4K UHD is a love letter to one of the best entertainers the silver-screen has ever seen, and on 4K it is the best it’s ever been seen. As with Jackie, always watch the credits for the out-takes.
