The Missing Fightback.

From McClurg Productions, Elekes Pictures, Raging Inferno Productions, Lentsch Productions, comes Jòzsef Gallai’s (Project Skyquake, I Hear the Trees Whispering) continuation of the story of the missing children, lost in the woods. This time it is Claire Russell’s (Kata Kuna, The Poltergeist Diaries, NCIS: Tony & Ziva (TV Series)) friend Delilah (Laura Saxon, Aftermath, Emergency: LA (TV Series)) that searches for answers.

Two starts eerily as we see a black-eyed Claire (Kata Kuna, The Poltergeist Diaries, NCIS: Tony & Ziva (TV Series)) with a strange hand-held black pyramid and rocks floating in the mist. We soon see that these disappearances happen all over the states, as grandpa James Booth (Roy McClurg Jr.) is playing with his grandson Christopher (Márton Kiss-Hajós), when James kicks their ball into the woods Christopher is never seen again.

All sorts of people and groups want to solve the mystery of the Black-eyed children, and some of them have a lot of money behind them. This leads the mysterious John (Simon Bamford, Hellraiser, Nightbreed) and his sidekick Ava (Aljona Yakimenko, The Final Frame, The Company (TV Mini Series)) and his paramilitary goons to the woods and they find the first of the black-eyed children, who refuses to talk, even at gunpoint. All this is watched by the mysterious man in black.

No one can escape the fate of being in debt.

Meanwhile, Claire Russell’s ex roommate at Uni, Delilah (Laura Saxon) is telling Clair’s story, and she has tapes and a sketchbook from suicide victim Henry Donahue (Bill Oberst Jr., Stressed to Kill, Zombieworld). Delilah is aided in her investigation by Emily (Sara Kloc, Sarabha, Komisarz mama (TV Series)) who makes an interesting discovery that leads them to mathematician Dr Penny Grant (Sandy Johnson, Halloween, Gas Pump Girls) sending them down a path they never thought they would travel.

The Black-eyed Children is Dark, Chilling, and Atmospheric.

This is due to Jòzsef‘s writing and directing and the editing and atmospheric music by Gergö Elekes (Aftermath, Planet Hope)

Looking forward to more instalments of the Black-eyed Children. Thankfully this story is not over.

Keep an eye out for The Black-Eyed Children 2
